Limited Warranty (3 Years)

What’s covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Battery management system (BMS) electronics and internal connections.
• Capacity retention within fair-use cycle expectations for the product class.

What’s not covered

• Damage from misuse, incorrect charging, short-circuit, reverse polarity, or physical impact.
• Water ingress or corrosion when installed outside stated IP ratings.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications, non-approved accessories, or opened cases.
• Operation outside published temperature, charge, or discharge limits.

How to make a claim

1. Contact info@alphacellenergy.com with order number and fault description.
2. We’ll issue an RMA and next steps (including safe shipping guidance if a return is required).
3. We test the unit and repair or replace at our discretion; if no fault is found, we’ll advise on the most cost-effective remedy.

Turnaround varies with workload and parts availability; we’ll communicate timelines throughout.

Additional terms

• Transferability: Warranty applies to the original purchaser; contact us for goodwill support on transfers.
• Commercial installs: Installer must follow our spec sheets (cable sizing, protection, ventilation, mounting).
• Out-of-warranty service: Fixed-price diagnostics available; we’ll quote before any work.
