Shipping & Returns

Clear delivery timelines and a straightforward returns process.

Delivery

  • Mainland UK: Free tracked delivery on all orders.
  • Remote areas / Islands: Surcharges may apply; we’ll confirm before dispatch.
  • Typical transit: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Processing & lead times

Orders placed before 12:00 are usually prepared the same day. Built-to-order or large-capacity packs may require additional assembly time; we’ll email an ETA if so.

Returns policy

  • Change of mind: 30-day return window. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.
  • Faulty on arrival: We’ll arrange a prepaid label or collection and replace or refund.
  • Non-returnable: Custom cables/looms, special-order items, or units modified/installed contrary to our guidance.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@alphacellenergy.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA and packing instructions (hazardous-goods compliant where required).
  3. Drop off with the provided label or await courier collection.

Refunds & exchanges

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. Exchanges ship as soon as the returned unit is confirmed.

Transit damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, note it with the courier, photograph the packaging and item, and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
